💼 Permanent // Full-Time

💰 £45,000-£55,000 per annum + excellent benefits

We're on the lookout for a 2nd Line Network Support Engineer to support key clients services and work on high-impact national projects.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot network issues and manage incident/change tickets
• Keep clients updated with clear, professional communication
• Support new service rollouts and maintain technical documentation

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• CCNA/JNCIS-ENT level networking knowledge
• Solid grasp of L2 (STP, VLANs, QinQ) & L3 (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) protocols
• Confident communicator and proactive team player
