Learning and development coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic HR team within a leading global organisation.


In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of learning and development initiatives across the business. Working closely with L&D and HR colleagues, you will help ensure that training programs, events, and learning resources are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for internal training sessions, workshops, guest speakers, and learning events.
  • Liaise with internal teams (facilities, IT, etc.) to ensure training setups run smoothly.
  • Support trainers and facilitators by preparing materials, updating content, and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Manage learning data, produce reports, and measure course impact.
  • Assist in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
  • Maintain and update internal learning content and resources (SharePoint/Confluence).
  • Coordinate external training, conferences, and education assistance requests.
  • Oversee department expenses related to education and development.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including managing the department inbox, annual training calendar, and meeting schedules.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on ad-hoc projects as needed.


About You:

  • 1+ year of professional experience, ideally in an HR, L&D, or administrative coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for learning, development, and supporting others’ growth.
