Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join a well-established team at one of our leading Wealth Management clients, based in London. The team is currently navigating a significant period of transformation, including regulatory, digital, and operational change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, primarily focused on Regulatory and Risk change, and will work closely with the COO, Head of PMO, and wider project teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a delivery-focused leader from a consulting or FS background who can hit the ground running and embed governance across change initiatives.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale regulatory and risk-driven programmes.
  • Strong experience working across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in both Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Background in consulting or Big 4 is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Wealth Management or Insurance would be a distinct advantage.
  • Expert in managing complex portfolios and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in engaging with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build structure and rigour into change delivery.
  • Able to hit the ground running and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and scaled agile delivery.
  • Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Clear and professional communicator who is proactive and responsive.
  • Understanding of Financial Services and Wealth Management operations.
