Project Manager | Berlin | €70k

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for a team of technicians and engineers (currently 18 team members)
• Ensure project goals, budgets, and timelines are met consistently
• Offer technical guidance and consulting for clients as well as internal departments
• Prepare and report on project metrics, closely collaborating with department leadership
• Plan mid-term capacity requirements to meet annual business needs
• Uphold quality standards and safety guidelines across projects and processes
• Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to optimize automation processes
• Organize and coordinate training, professional development, and upskilling programs for team members

Qualifications:

• Completed degree or vocational training, with extensive experience in technical project management, ideally within automation
• Professional expertise in electrical engineering, programming, MSR technology, and electronics/electrical systems
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to work in a technical setting
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and department management. Minimum level C1 German
• Solid experience in project control, covering timelines, costs, progress, and quality metrics
• Prior experience in leading small (project) teams is a plus
