For our HR department, we are looking for an HR Generalist who ensures the correct and timely processing of salaries and everything related to them.
As an HR Generalist you are the key link between employee data, salary payments and the employee lifecycle. You work closely with HR and Finance colleagues, line managers, and employees such as external parties (e.g. our payroll service providers) in various European countries.

For our HR department, we are looking for an HR Generalist who ensures the correct and timely processing of salaries and everything related to them.
As an HR Generalist you are the key link between employee data, salary payments and the employee lifecycle. You work closely with HR and Finance colleagues, line managers, and employees such as external parties (e.g. our payroll service providers) in various European countries.
Your Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll
- Managing employee and salary changes in the HR system
- Reviewing payroll tax filings, pension declarations, and other mandatory reports
- Supporting year-end closing, audits, and reporting
- Acting as the point of contact for line managers and employees with questions about salary, payslips, leave or other aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Completed degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Payroll Administration, Finance/Administration or a related field
- Experience in personnel administration (minimum 2 years)
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- You work accurately, confidentially, and enjoy structure as well as finding solutions for every-day HR-topics
- Good command of English (spoken and written); another language is a plus
