Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will support our operations in Ukraine in close partnership with our European People Team. We have a growing team of employees in the country, and you will be responsible for delivering HR services across two entities — a medical center (MCOP Ukraine) and our commercial organization.

You will report to the Head of Medical Center (solid line) and work in close collaboration with regional and global HR stakeholders

• esAct as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including local policies, procedures, and day-to-day employee matte
