Fullstack Developer (Java & React)

Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for clean code, scalability, and secure development practices.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features for complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and secure frontend applications using React (with Java integration).
• Build and maintain backend services using Python and Java.
• Integrate authentication and authorization solutions using JWT and Auth0 (nice to have).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps pipelines using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile methodologies.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the codebase.

Required Skills:

• Frontend:
• Strong experience with React.js
• Exposure to Java integration in frontend environments
• Familiarity with JWT and Auth0 is a plus
• Backend:
• Proficient in Python and Java backend development
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• DevOps:
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid team setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred

Please note- This position requires you to visit office in Wroclaw 1 to 2 times in a month.
