As a Customer Project Manager within our CNS Market Services Europe Program Management Team at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that drive the transition to cloud-native software for our telecommunications customers. You’ll lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring success in scope, budget, and quality while fostering strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Deliver telecommunication projects and programs on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts among internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any project-related concerns proactively.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and resource allocation, ensuring clear communication of progress and roadblocks.
- Facilitate project status meetings and reviews, ensuring transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Drive financial management efforts, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting on project performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during project execution to enhance business value.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices, maintaining high standards in project documentation and reporting.
You have:
- 10+ years of Telco/IT Cloud experience managing projects independently.
- Strong communication skills with cross-cultural awareness.
- Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Understanding of change impacts on scope, cost, and risk management.
- Fluency in English with the capability to travel (20%).
- Experience in 5G and foreign Cloud as a Service (fCaaS) projects.
- PMI/PMP certification.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize in stressful situations.
