• Pay Rate: C$25-36/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support privileged access controls and security policy adherence across enterprise platforms. This role will contribute to a high-impact team ensuring identity governance, regulatory compliance, and system access hygiene within one of Canada’s leading financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage identity lifecycle activities (add/change/remove) across UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, and databases
• Prioritize and fulfill user access requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure compliance with internal Identity Access Management policies and Enterprise Protection (EP) Controls
• Administer Privileged ID Lifecycle activities and certifications
• Liaise with managers and technical teams to troubleshoot access and permission issues
• Document actions taken and maintain audit-compliant records of all access changes

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Familiarity with UNIX, Windows, and database access controls
• Hands-on exposure to privileged account lifecycle processes

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• IAM certifications or formal training
• Experience with request/ticketing systems in large organizations
• Exposure to security frameworks and technology standards

Required Skills:

• Identity Access Management
• Privileged ID Lifecycle
• UNIX/Windows/Database security controls

Preferred Skills:

• IAM Certification(s)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and request systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
