Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional for our partner, a successful international company in the world of fashion brands where innovation meets tradition. This role focuses on HR administration and payroll data preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and management of HR administration, including employment contracts, and coordination of medical examinations.
• Timely and diligent entry of employee data into the information system, along with its updates.
• Management of employee registrations, changes, and terminations for health and social insurance.
• Preparation of regular HR records, reports, and analyses.
• Preparation of data for payroll processing.
• Assistance in preparing annual income tax forms, summaries, and payroll journals.
• Preparation of data for severance pay and monthly payroll reports.

What We Expect

• Completed Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a social sciences field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Knowledge of Slovenian labor law (ZDR-1 and Collective Agreement for Trade Activities).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Croatian language skills are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and curiosity.
• Familiarity with ERP PANTHEON is desirable but not a requirement.
