About the role
This role sits within the newly formed Growth Squad—a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to improving key business metrics such as account creation, onboarding, and verification. You’ll take ownership of the design for the core user funnel and high-visibility website pages, driving seamless, high-converting user journeys from first interaction through to product engagement.
Working closely with a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) specialist, as well as product managers, developers, and marketers, you’ll design and experiment with solutions that have a direct impact on conversion and engagement. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and rapid iteration is essential, alongside the ability to adapt quickly based on performance data and user insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design for the core account creation funnel and other high-impact website pages, ensuring an intuitive, engaging user experience.
- Translate business goals, user feedback, and performance insights into user-centred design solutions that drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and iterate on experiments.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, with a strong focus on conversion optimisation.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Leverage experimentation data and A/B test results to inform and validate design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to enable rapid iteration.
About you
- Proven experience designing high-quality user experiences for responsive web applications, with a portfolio highlighting conversion-focused work.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation processes.
- Skilled in rapid iteration and adapting designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Highly proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong visual design capabilities with an eye for typography, colour, layout, and accessibility.
- Collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Bonus: knowledge of HTML/CSS for more effective collaboration with developers.
