About The Role

We're expanding our Data Science & Analytics team and looking for a Data Analyst to support our Growth team. You'll work closely with teams across Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Social Media, Compliance, and more to developed dashboards, build robust data models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. We are looking for people passionate about turning data into meaningful stories, thrive in a start up environment, and want to have a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, and implement machine learning models (e.g., uplift modeling, churn prediction, LTV forecasting) to enhance user growth and marketing efficiency. Implement data-driven solutions to significantly improve channel ROI through CAC optimization and strategic budget allocation.
• MLOps & Platform Building: Collaborate on developing a scalable MLOps platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring. Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive model versioning, and effective monitoring systems.
• Growth KPI Optimization: Partner closely with Growth, Chat, and Finance teams to pinpoint high-impact opportunities for boosting activation, retention, and LTV. Conduct rigorous A/B test analysis, causal inference, and incrementality measurement to validate and quantify model impact.
• Data Infrastructure & Analysis: Develop resilient data pipelines to support our Feature Store and create essential data marts for Data Analysts. Perform deep-dive analyses into user behavior, funnel conversion rates, and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights.
  
  

Requirements Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Omni (Looker) or similar BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a passion for helping teams make data-driven decisions.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Background working in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.).
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with growth marketing metrics (acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, engagement KPIs).
