Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong financial and operational background, preferably gained in major banks, systemically important financial organizations (СFО), or large-scale fintech projects. You will act as a true co-pilot to the CEO — not only mirroring and enhancing their strategic vision but also bringing your own ideas, initiatives, and deep industry insight.

Key Responsibilities

Co-develop and implement the company’s strategy;
Make strategic business decisions in close collaboration with the CEO;
Analyze the market, with a focus on banking and fintech trends, to identify new opportunities for growth;
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders — including partners, investors, regulators, and financial institutions;
Oversee specific business units or functions, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Proven leadership and executive management experience in large or scaling companies;
Background in major banks, СFО, or fintech is a strong plus and priority in selection;
Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take ownership;
Experience in C-level, VP, or Director roles is highly desirable;
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team collaboration skills;
Mandatory: Must be based in Vilnius and work on-site from our local office.
