Project Manager | Financial Incentives Team

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Project manager to join the Financial Incentives Team.

What will you be doing?

• Help both potential investors and companies expanding their operations here to discover more opportunities in Lithuania. Provide them with high-quality advice on financial incentives.
• Analyze applications submitted by investors regarding financial incentives.
• Act as an ambassador of the Lithuanian investment environment, participating in negotiations with foreign investors and coordinating investment contracts concluded with them.
• Administer financial incentive projects and monitor their results.
• Coordinate external auditors in the project administration process.
• Directly communicate with foreign investors and external partners.
  
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education — preferably in management, finance, law, or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in project administration and/or consulting. Expert knowledge in state and EU aid is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in formulas and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Independent thinking and analytical skills.
• Adaptability, a drive to improve, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to see the big picture.
