Requirements:

• Design and build services and infrastructure for training and fine-tuning large neural networks
• Develop tools for managing datasets, ensuring quality, consistency, and reproducibility
• Implement scalable, automated deployment systems for complex ML models
• Drive the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to CI/CD and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to align infrastructure with business goals
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to ensure long-term sustainability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python backend development skills (Most Critical)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and ArgoCD
• Experience monitoring production systems using metrics, logging, and alerting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
