Institutional Business Intern

Role Overview

As an Institutional Business Intern, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at developing and managing partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners. This role offers exposure to fast-moving industry trends and hands-on experience across business development, market analysis, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Partner Development

• Support relationship-building with financial institutions, fintech companies, and other ecosystem stakeholders
• Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities based on business needs and market maturity
• Help prepare partnership materials and engagement proposals

Business and Market Analysis

• Conduct industry research and evaluate institutional partner models and opportunities
• Develop reports and insights to guide internal strategic planning
• Monitor developments in digital finance and institutional blockchain applications

Cross-Functional Project Support

• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Risk, and Data
• Participate in project discussions and help track progress to execution
• Ensure alignment across business and functional stakeholders

What You Have

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel; basic familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in consulting, financial services, or business strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Interest in digital assets, fintech, or institutional finance
