Role: Lead Scrum Master

Location: Pittsburgh, PA – Need to report 4 to 5 days/week onsite

Job Description:

Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master.

Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.

Working experience as a Scrum Master – min 10 years.

Good to have working experience in bank or similar financial services firms.

Build and coach high performing teams and ensure continuous value delivery.

Ensures the development process “Scrum and Kanban” is understood and enacted.

Oversees the team-level process and coaches the Pod team members; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation.
