Business Analyst VIE (M/F)

Job Description

Stellantis Austria is currently looking for a V.I.E. for the position of Business Analyst.

As part of this mission, you will develop both technical and interpersonal skills in the following areas:

1. Monitoring sales funnel performance

• Prepare a list of key highlights and action plans on digital topics, digital media, CRM, and PRM (monthly presentation to consolidate all department activities)
• Analyze the performance of funnels across the country’s entire digital ecosystem
• Analyze media campaigns
• Analyze brand and e-commerce websites
• Analyze product launches
• Analyze CRM and PRM campaigns in collaboration with agencies and performance teams
• Coordinate with local digital, media, PRM, and CRM teams, as well as central teams
• Consolidate and display all weekly and monthly results
• Ensure commercial performance and successful product launches (recommendations, best practices)
• Improve operational efficiency (harmonization, dashboards)

2. Monitoring lead management activities

3. Various projects within the omnichannel digital department (Marketing Operations: CT, Digital & Data)

• Participate in tasks or projects within the department and/or in support of the team: cross-functional activities such as Customer Data Platform, CRM–Media / E-Commerce–Media, etc.

Profile

You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school with a specialization in analytics.

Required skills:

• Good command of German (minimum B2) and English (B2–C1)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• First experience in the automotive sector or in web analytics is a plus
