The Project Manager position requires a strong business acumen, preferably with an MBA, and the ability to drive results across functions and stakeholders. The role encompasses strategic and cross-functional leadership, in addition to strong project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Conduct regular KPI round-ups, leveraging strong business experience to collate and report on performance metrics across customers and functions.
• Lead strategic, ad-hoc projects as required by the business leadership, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer success.
• Develop and maintain project charters, scope documents, and strategic roadmaps to consolidate team activities.
• Interface with and lead cross-functional teams towards strategic initiatives.
• Organize and coordinate leaders across customers and functions to drive results.
• Ensure clear communication of who is doing what and when across all stages of initiatives.
  
  
  

Project Delivery Excellence

• Own project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Build and maintain high-performing project teams, and foster team collaboration and provide constructive feedback
• Implement and oversee project governance frameworks
• Set and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Drive risk management strategies and mitigation plans
  
  
  

Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and maintain project management best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project lifecycle
• Develop and implement project management methodologies
• Create and maintain project documentation and knowledge base
• Lead process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  
  
  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive project management experience, leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, namely developing and tracking KPIs across multiple business functions and leading distributed/remote teams.
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer escalations and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, namely strong facilitation and meeting management skills
• Experience presenting to leadership and C-level executives
• Proficiency in creating executive-level documentation and presentations
• Ability to translate complex technical information for various audiences
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to understand and interpret business metrics
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities, as well as strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Advanced knowledge and usage of AI tools to enhance task efficiency.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., monday.com, JIRA), as well as with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), as well as with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
