Job Title: Interim Project Manager - IGA Transformation

Context :

Our current IGA environment has been shaped by numerous successful M&A transactions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data.

With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform.

We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape.

Job Description:

An experienced Interim Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing identity governance transformation projects at large enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale identity governance transformation projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on identity governance transformation at large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar identity governance solutions is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
