Graduate - International Product Manager - Benetton

Graduate position : 1 year contract

Application criteria: No more than 3 years of experience post-graduation, dedicated to young talent 

In the lifestyle HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for Benetton fragrances. The graduate will assist the teams in the development of the future marketing plans for the brand. His/her role would be also to focus on promo development for the new projects. 

•    Participate in ideating concepts for new launches/animations (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.)
•    Lead Promotional calendar and its product development projects
•    Support on Content Creation for commercial period
•    Support the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation)
•    Creation of Marketing presentations for the business meetings.
For the projects which will be working with:
•    Elaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies and external creative teams.
•    Follow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-production. 
•    Coordination with the different internal departments (marketing development, e-business...).
•    Guarantee deadlines and project planning.
 

We are looking for a passionate candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetical taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills. 
•    Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice included)
•    Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
•    Languages: Spanish & English mandatory
