Project Manager (Private & EU Funds)

Responsibilities

-Manages Public, EU Funds and Private Projects.

-Creates and updates the Project Management Plan and weekly Project Status Reports

-Reviews/manages the documentation that will be delivered to the customers, keeping it updated on -the deliverables library, ensuring quality review of the deliverables

-Effectively communicates with both internal technical team and customers to appropriately set expectations and ensure project progress, in writing and face to face

-Coordinates the daily project activities and project team

-Schedules and participates at internal and external, technical, strategical, juridical or management meetings related to the Projects

-Identifies projects risks and takes actions

-Escalates the issues when necessary to ensure minimum impact on project milestones

-Ensures sign off of the project deliverables from end customer

Requirements

-Must have minimum 5 years experience;

-Must have experience of project management in public software development and hardware infrastructure projects;

-Must have PMP/Prince2 certification;

-Experience on managing multiple projects in parallel also stakeholder management located in different locations;

-Proven experience in project planning, activities follow-up, scope, time, budget, resources management;

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

-Flexible, committed, proactive, organized, responsible, adaptive, fast learner, details oriented, with a can-do attitude;

-Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation and preventive actions;

-Good written and spoken English;

-Availability to travel in Romania 10-20% whenever is necessary.
