Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Python AI Engineer to join our Data & AI team and help design, build, and deliver advanced AI solutions. You’ll work on large-scale, production-grade systems that process unstructured data, leveraging Generative AI, algorithm design, and cloud-native services to create intelligent, scalable, and maintainable applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-driven solutions for unstructured data processing.
• Write clean, efficient Python code using Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Integrate Generative AI models into pipelines for tasks such as summarization, classification, and Q&A.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for high-performance data handling.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and logging for all deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and cloud architects to deliver integrated AI systems.
• Work with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs and libraries like LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI API.
• Strong skills in algorithm design and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in TDD, unit testing, and code quality best practices.
• Familiarity with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NLP, OCR, or speech processing.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to serverless architectures and vector databases.
