Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex survey data to uncover insights that support business goals.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Use statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Insights Analyst Should Have

  • Strong background in analytics, data science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in delivering actionable insights
  • Good Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL
  • Solid Project management experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Good Experience in marcomms, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
