This initiative also aims to create conditions for streamlining, automation, and standardization.
The Assignment
The role involves providing support for the realization of the roadmap and includes the following responsibilities:
We are seeking a Project/Process Manager with expertise in finance and procurement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in mapping, procuring, and implementing financial and e-commerce systems. They should possess significant experience working with public organizations in the financial administrative field and have held key roles in large projects involving pre-studies, requirements definition, procurement, and implementation of financial and e-commerce systems. The candidate should have a degree in economics or equivalent, along with strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, bookkeeping, and internal control.

The Assignment

- Coordinating the roadmaps for Financial Administrative and HR Administrative systems.
- Assisting the client and key stakeholders in realizing the approved roadmap.
- Project and quality monitoring of the approved initiatives within the established roadmap.
- Assisting the project manager in the procurement of a new e-commerce system.
- Conducting needs and impact analysis concerning the Financial System.
- Assisting in the contract process before and after the awarding of the procured systems.
- Supporting change managers during the implementation of financial administrative systems.
- Participating in the implementation, testing, and approval of procured systems that are part of the roadmap.
- Coordinating business needs according to the established strategy.
- Managing larger parallel initiatives with dependencies.

Assignment Details
- Start Date: 20 Nov 2024
- End Date: 31 Dec 2025
- Extension Option: There is an option to extend the contract for an additional 24 months, based on existing terms.
- Location: Gothenburg
- Work Hours: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: Ongoing (SEK/hour). No compensation for travel or travel time.
- Billing Plan: Monthly billing based on reported time in the Ework time system (timesheet system).
- Invoice Information: PayExpress is the standard for all our contracts. See details below. Otherwise, payment terms are 30 days + 1-5 days for administration.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience working with the procurement of Financial and E-commerce Systems.
- Experience in an overall/strategic role on the client side (not as a system supplier) in multiple projects (at least five assignments) involving pre-study, requirements work, procurement, and implementation of financial and e-commerce systems.
- At least 10 years of experience working within the public sector.
- Competence in process mapping and process development within the financial area.
- Documented knowledge of financial management, accounting, bookkeeping, financial systems, and e-commerce. Degree in Economics or equivalent.
- Documented market knowledge of financial and e-commerce systems.
- Experience in assignments for large organizations with high transaction volumes.
- Competence in change management and documented experience in leading teams and facilitating workshops.
- Documented leadership skills and strong communication ability.
- Strong ability to document, present, and follow up.
- A good technical understanding to participate in design and solution discussions.
- Experience in the area of finance and e-commerce in Västra Götaland Region.
- Good experience in project management, requirements in project management, and project management documentation.
- Good understanding of IT systems and IT support, as well as requirements for IT systems.
- Previous experience in creating digitalization strategies.
- Documented market knowledge of financial systems and e-commerce systems.
