Senior Network Support Engineer

For our customer we are looking for a Senior Network (Support) Engineer on a Long term freelance mission in the Wallonia Region.

Start Date: within 2 weeks

Man Days: 220+

Location: Belgium, region Wallonia

Languages: French, Knowledge of Dutch, English is a Plus

Remote Politics: on site at the customer

We are looking for an experienced, operationally minded Network Engineer who likes to work hands-on and is willing to criss-cross the Wallonia region for on-site interventions at our client's various regional offices.

Language skills: French, knowledge of Dutch is a plus and English

• Assignment
• End-user support in the field of networks and telephony
• Carrying out physical interventions at the locations in French-speaking Belgium
• Incident, problem, change and event management according to ITIL processes
• Proactive and reactive network monitoring
• Network Change Analysis, Preparation, and Implementation
• Drafting and updating technical and operational manuals
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team and report to the Adjoint SDM and the Service Delivery Manager ICT IAAS

• Deliverables
• Track and resolve tickets through Axios Assyst, compliant with applicable SLAs
• Executing planned changes and project tasks within scope, schedule, and deadlines
