I'm working with a world renowned retail brand a household name with a truly global footprint that's undergoing one of the largest cyber security transformations in the retail sector.

At the heart of this transformation is a strategic push toward Zero Trust architecture , a complete overhaul of how they manage identity, access, and authentication across their enterprise and customer environments.

They’re building out a modern, scalable Identity & Access Management function and are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join them at a pivotal point in the journey.

The Role:

• As an IAM Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering secure and seamless identity experiences across internal and external platforms.
• You’ll help design and build the systems that enable SSO, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle management, and privileged access – all while supporting the move to cloud and Zero Trust.
• You’ll be working with technologies like Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and supporting integration across a hybrid estate.

What They're Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
• Strong grasp of IAM concepts – access provisioning, federation, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
• Experience supporting or delivering Zero Trust initiatives a big plus
• Ability to collaborate across security, engineering, and infrastructure teams
