Project Manager

Role Overview

Glocomms are working with a client in the defense/aerospace industry that are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of the TOM across all 12 companies. This role involves close collaboration with both central and local teams to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness.

Location: Paris - 2 days wfh

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 12 months

Languages: English and French

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Governance

• Lead overall deployment activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Establish and manage governance structures (COPIL, COPRO, local committees)
• Oversee planning, milestones, risk management, and reporting
• Synchronize workstreams and ensure cross-functional coordination

Deployment Management

• Supervise the pilot phase and structure deployment waves through December
• Maintain a centralized tracking dashboard (model selection, readiness, status)
• Ensure consistent progress across all entities

Operational Maturity Assessment

• Use standardized assessment tools to evaluate maturity in:
• Operational processes (incident management, patching, monitoring)
• Tooling (compliance, automation)
• Team capabilities
• Identify gaps and propose tailored remediation plans
• Maintain a TOM maturity dashboard for each company

Standardization & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to the TOM framework and standard practices
• Capture feedback and lessons learned
• Recommend updates to deployment kits and tools as needed

Deliverables

• Consolidated Project Schedule: Roadmap, slides, Jira tracking
• Company-Level Monitoring: Weekly progress dashboards
• Governance Documentation: Meeting minutes and summaries
• TOM Maturity Dashboard: Scorecards with key indicators per company
• Risk Register: Maintained in Jira
• Pilot Phase Report: Summary and recommended adjustments
• Monthly Reporting: COPIL slide packs
