Job Title: Project Manager (International Projects)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)

Salary: Up to $2,000 per month + Performance-Based Bonuses

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse international projects in both online and offline industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing multiple types of projects — from website development and corporate launches to supervising creative and design initiatives.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multicultural teams across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors
• Manage both online (digital/IT, marketing, e-commerce) and offline (corporate openings, events, exhibitions) projects
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Project Manager in diverse industries
• English language proficiency: C1 level (international communication experience required)
• Demonstrated success in managing international projects with multicultural teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  
  

Preferred Experience (a Strong Plus)

• Background in both digital/online and offline project management
• Experience coordinating creative/design projects and technical/development initiatives
