Project Manager

Job Description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our client team in leading strategic and digital transformation initiatives within the aviation or e-commerce sectors. This role requires a strong background in strategy execution, transformation project delivery, and stakeholder management. The position follows a hybrid working model with regular on-site presence at the client’s Halkalı office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital strategy and transformation projects in alignment with business goals.
• Define strategic roadmaps, track associated programs, and monitor KPIs and value metrics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical project issues or escalate when necessary.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Design and implement technology-driven transformation projects, ensuring smooth Go-Live and rollout phases.
• Facilitate change management activities such as webinars, training sessions, and communication campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitive practices to enhance strategic alignment.
• Ensure strategy and transformation efforts are well-communicated and adopted across teams.
• Prepare reports and deliver executive-level presentations to senior stakeholders.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing strategic or transformation projects, ideally in aviation or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional programs with complex stakeholder networks.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
