Project Manager

Contract Length: 6 months (possibility of extension or conversion to permanent)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)

Pay Rate: $39–$40/hour T4 | $44.54–$47/hour INC

We’re seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery within a high-profile Wealth Management environment. You’ll leverage PMO best practices to manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives. Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a program/project management role
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or Visio
• Experience with project metrics, reporting, and analysis
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Experience with technology-related projects
