IT & Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager

CCDS is a leading provider of IT and cybersecurity solutions in the Middle East, and we are seeking a motivated IT & Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base in Oman, focusing on delivering innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You will utilize your local market knowledge and networking skills to promote our products and services, ensuring our clients are equipped with effective security measures to protect their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and tailor IT and cybersecurity solutions to meet those needs effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design the best solutions for our clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  
  

Requirements

• Omani Nationality is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions, services, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Oman as required.
