HR Generalist

Frazer Jones is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a leading and dynamic player in the Oil & Gas industry. This is a permanent, full-time HR Generalist role based in Singapore, with regional coverage. The role requires an independent self-starter to be the anchor and go-to person for all HR responsibilities in the office.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior HR Generalist (sole contributor), you will provide full HR support to employees in Singapore, as well as potentially 1 to 2 more offices within Asia. The candidate will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment needs and managing work visa applications when needed.

You will be responsible for managing payroll and administering employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR records, and coordinating performance appraisals and KPI tracking. Your role will also include conducting salary reviews, managing insurance and benefits programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for employee engagement initiatives and work closely with the Office Admin team to plan and organize company-wide events. The candidate might be required to provide support to the MD to schedule and coordinate meetings.

Ideal Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. As a guideline, at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a solid track record as a HR Generalist (including managing payroll/payroll vendor) is required. Excellent communication skills is a must-have, in order to effectively engage with and to communicate with stakeholders. Prior work experience in diverse, international environments would be a plus as well.
