About the role

We are looking for a mid-level CRM Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution of our customer management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, deliver, and improve CRM features that enhance client engagement, retention, and operational efficiency across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage CRM-related product features, including user onboarding, funding, campaigns, communication tools
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time
• Monitor the performance of launched features and continuously iterate for improvements
• Support regional teams by understanding local requirements and aligning product priorities
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• Minimum of 3 years in product management
• Knowledgeable about CRM functionalities, including campaigns, user segmentation, and client data
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams across technology, design, and business
• Skilled in articulating clear requirements and ensuring successful project delivery
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive and detail-focused approach
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
