About This Role:

As part of eir evo’s transformation into a leading provider of integrated telecommunications and IT services, we are focused on delivering high-quality, complex solutions to our business customers. These solutions often include telecom infrastructure, IT applications, and third-party services.

The Junior Project Manager will support the planning and delivery of these solutions, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, contribute to successful project outcomes, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Expectations From The Role:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects
  • Support senior project managers in managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Help track project progress and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., networks, IT, sales, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Participate in meetings with customers and vendors to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Contribute to documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and handover materials
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement by co-ordinating governance meetings and involving stakeholders in decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within key areas across the eirevo organisation & with eirevo clients is essential.
  • Managing forecasting and milestone payments, and ensuring correct billing and service setup for eirevo clients
  • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies
  • Support the transition of completed projects into operational support
  • Maintain a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements For A Successful Application:

  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Interest in pursuing project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned project tasks
  • Positive feedback from project stakeholders and team members
  • Contribution to project documentation and reporting
  • Demonstrated learning and development in project management practices
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
