Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead projects from discovery through to closure. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of agreed objectives within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across business, change, and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials, escalating issues where intervention is required.
• Ensure project deliverables are documented, version controlled, approved, and completed to schedule.
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring implications are understood and formally agreed.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and support effective collaboration across teams.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and governance skills.
• Strong understanding of project management best practice and delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience working with project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity and Jira.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
