About the job

What will you do?

• Build and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on performance and reliability;
• Design system architecture, apply best practices, and write clean, efficient code;
• Automate tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Shell);
• Mentor junior team members;
• Help define frontend architecture, split large tasks into smaller ones, and contribute in Agile ceremonies;
• Participate in on-call rotations and a strong customer support mindset are expected.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Knowledge of system design, architecture, and design patterns;
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Understanding of messaging queues and concurrency;
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud providers;
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
• Ability to automate tasks using Shell scripts or similar;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (C1 level or above);
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills;
• Experience in Agile environments and willingness to join on-call rotations.
