Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer (London or South East based) required to join a scale up business with a purpose to protect sensitive data wherever it lives - such as SaaS apps like Slack, Google Drive, or in AI-driven tools and workflows.

THE ROLE

This role plays a critical part in shaping the product, which includes:

Driving end-to-end product development - from initial discovery to final delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders - working directly with customers and internal teams to build strong business cases and validate solutions.
Shaping the design vision - setting the product design strategy, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Partnering with Product and Engineering - translating product objectives into intuitive user experiences.

Skills And Experience Required

3-5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within tech or related industries with at least 1 year in a Senior Product Designer role where you owned a significant amount of design decisions.
Degree in a design related field, or Engineering, Computer Science is a great foundation.
Experience with user interviews and research methodologies.
Comfortable with SaaS tools like Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub.
Startup/scaleup experience with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of deliverables.

Tools you should be familiar with include:

Expert-level Figma skills for design and prototyping
Experience with Jitter or Lottie for animation work
Comfortable with FigJam/Miro for collaborative brainstorming and user flow mapping

Ideally We Would Also Like Experience Of The Following

A strong portfolio of UX and UI excellence, especially in complex, data-rich environments.
A deep understanding of dashboard usability, information architecture, and best practices for data-heavy interfaces.
Data security/compliance background: Experience in data security is a plus.
Research proficiency: You're skilled in user research methodologies, from generative discovery to usability testing and iterative design.
