Product Manager - Merchant Experience

About the team:

The Merchant Experience team is responsible for many products and flows in Montonio, including:

• Onboarding
• Product Activation
• Partner System (internal Merchant tooling)
• Invoicing
  
  

The team’s goals are often defined by metrics like conversion, new product activations, retention, NPS and various internal automations.

The team is fully based in Tallinn.

The role:

• Lead a cross-functional team: Drive efforts to make our Merchant Experience as seamless as possible – from onboarding and product activation to daily interactions with our internal Partner System.
• Become the biggest merchant advocate: Deeply understand our merchants and their challenges. Leverage customer feedback, data insights, and our broader vision to shape your product strategy, goals, and roadmap.
• Engage across the organisation: Collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels, from CEO to all operational teams (CS, Sales, AML, Finance, etc.)
• Solve problems big and small: Be ready to tackle any issue, whether it’s a small manual fix or a major strategic decision – if it brings value to our merchants, it’s worth your time.
