We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager who can match our pace.

At FindaNode Communications, we run external marketing and social media departments for companies across the EU. The work is fast, unpredictable, sometimes a little absurd — but never boring.

What we expect you to do:

• Look after our long-time clients like they’re old friends
• Welcome the new ones arriving in September
• Switch between industries like its second nature
• Handle the occasional “needed yesterday” request without losing your sense of humour
• Communicate confidently in Latvian and English (both spoken and written are a must)
• Bring strong work ethics: reliability, ownership, and professionalism
• Have an eye for design: you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good and what doesn’t
• Coordinate across creatives, strategists, and clients, keeping everyone aligned and projects moving
• Translate client needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Keep budgets and deadlines under control while ensuring the work never loses its spark
