Information Technology Service Desk Manager

Strong technical expertise in IAM: Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, AD FS and AD-Connect.

Service Management skills: Experience in managing IT services, including incident, problem, and change management processes.

Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate and oversee external IAM service providers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

Project and Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and to report on service performance and improvements.

Security and Compliance Awareness: Good understanding of IAM’s role in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
