Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong background in

enterprise software, ERP integration, AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT. The ideal candidate will

lead the roadmap and delivery of our platform, working cross-functionally with engineering,

design, data science, and business stakeholders.

This is a strategic and high-impact role, crucial for driving projects vision into reality.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Drive product development for features involving ERP, AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and gamified sustainability tracking.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear user stories and product specs.
• Coordinate with engineering, AI, and blockchain teams to ensure timely, scalable, and secure feature delivery.
• Manage and prioritize a multi-layered backlog involving middleware, data ingestion, and compliance.
• Conduct market analysis and continuously gather feedback from internal and external users.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across technology, sustainability, design, and customer success teams.
• Ensure the platform aligns with industry standards for security, ESG compliance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of at least twoof the following domains:

1. ERP Integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)

2. AI/ML platforms (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

3. Blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger)

4. IoT sensor data platforms and protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA)

• Experience delivering products that involve APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with gamification strategies and user engagement best practices.
• Experience working with cross-regional, agile teams and managing full product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Notion, or similar.
• Comfortable translating technical topics for business stakeholders and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Sustainability, or MBA.
• Experience in sustainability software, ESG platforms, or green tech solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Awareness of GDPR, ESG reporting frameworks, and regulatory standards.
