I am looking to speak with Network Engineer's for a 6 month extendable contract in Sharjah

Responsibilities

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including routers, switches, etc and configurations.
Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
Designing, configuring and testing networks to meet business requirements of corporate, branch offices and new projects.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations which involves troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving network and system problems.
Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Investigate faults in the network and report all network status
Proactively evaluate network environments using various tools and management

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Thorough working knowledge of Local Area Networks (IP Addressing, DNS, IP Routing, VPN, etc).
Technical expertise in the implementation, operation and design of multi-vendor and multi-protocol environments.
Troubleshooting system and application problems in a multi-protocol network
Strong hands-on experience designing, configuring and operating enterprise wired & wireless networks and storage networks.
Hands on experience designing, implementing and managing large-scale network security infrastructure consisting of firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems, Network Access control solutions.
Experienced in the setup and support of VoIP phone systems.
Experienced to proficient in design, setup and configuration of wireless networking
Strong knowledge, skills and experience with

Multivendor Routing and Switching products
Network security protocols, technologies, standards and tools
Various authentication protocols and solutions
Multi-vendor wireless networking
Wired and Wireless network QoS
Network device management and monitoring tools like PRTG
Network architectures in public cloud environments
Strong analytical, research, planning, documentation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

TECHNOLOGIES

Cisco, Aruba, Juniper networks
PRTG and other network monitoring solutions
Perimeter and Data center Firewall

CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
CCNA/CCNP
