DevOps Engineer/Kubernetes

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll help scale the systems that power multiple AI-driven products—working across cloud, Kubernetes, and automation to keep everything running fast, secure, and reliable.

This is a small, focused team that values experimentation, curiosity, and getting things done. You’ll have real ownership: designing deployment pipelines, automating infrastructure, tuning observability, and solving production challenges alongside developers and SREs. If you thrive in a startup environment where your contributions directly shape the product and business, this role is for you.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering with hands-on coding or scripting (Python, Bash)
  • Strong background in containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Extensive personal recent end-to-end ownership of Kubernetes in Start-Up environment

GPU workloads, Kafka/Redis/RabbitMQ, or secure networking tools like Tailscale

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible
  • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Datadog)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Hands-On Engineering: 75%
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 25%
