The project:

Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Java Developer - Operational Security Engineer to strengthen their team.

Direct Responsibilities:

• You help to define the development plan and acceptance criteria out of these requirements.
• You design, build, test and maintain the new & existing features with high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• You focus on the best possible performance, quality, and uptime of the application by:

1. Identifying & solving bottlenecks or bugs.

2. Ensuring High Code quality, readability, and structure.

3. Making smart automatization (if relevant).

4. Creating/Updating the technical documentation to ensure service continuity.

• You embed the agile & the development best practices in your daily job.

Contributing Responsibilities:

As a developer in a squad:

• You leverage your expertise to refine features in workable activities.
• You share your expertise & improvement ideas to enrich the squad’s backlog.
• You align and follow the priorities defined by the squad.
• You collaborate with your peers to deliver high quality service.

• JAVA (V17-21) à Medium
• Postgres à Medium
• Javascript (ES6) à Advanced/Expert
• React (V18+) à Advanced
• Springboot (V3) à Medium
• Git à Medium
• SOAP API à Medium
• REST API à Medium
• Automation testing frontend à Is a plus
• CI/CD pipline à Medium
• Knowledge of the IAM, RBAC methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of French or Dutch is preferred
• Decent knowledge of English is mandatory
• Agile methodology has no secret for you.
• Positive, can-do mindset
• Problem solver
• Analytical mindset and experience
• You have a client mindset and can bring UX and UI improvements to the table
