IT Project Manager / Digital Innovation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Digital Innovation Manager to lead and manage a large-scale IT project focused on digital transformation in the healthcare sector. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within time, budget, and quality standards, while driving innovation through artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of large IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI adoption and innovative healthcare solutions.
• Apply innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile) to design and deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and data security standards in healthcare IT projects.
• Present complex technical and strategic concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Informatics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare, or strategy/innovation sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with current AI trends.
• Experience in the design and implementation of innovative healthcare projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Native-level German proficiency and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
