Role Overview

As an Android Developer, you’ll take part in building the next generation of our Android applications — working with the latest technologies, applying modern architecture patterns and shaping mobile experiences with an intuitive and reliable app interface.

You’ll be an essential part of the Software team, collaborating across disciplines and driving quality, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement app features
• Integrate data from RESTful APIs and external data sources
• Apply unit testing to ensure robustness, performance, and reliability
• Fix bugs, monitor app health, and optimize performance
• Continuously improve architecture and contribute to internal app evolution
• As part of a lean 3-person Android team, own a broad scope of app development and work across diverse functionalities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Android app development
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android SDK
• Familiarity with MVI, MVVM, or Redux architecture patterns
• Solid experience with Jetpack Compose
• Deep understanding of modern mobile architecture and development lifecycle
• Experience working with REST, JSON, and third-party APIs
• Proficiency in popular tools and libraries:
• Dagger2, Retrofit, OkHttp, Okio, Glide, ktor, Coil, Gradle Version Catalog
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
• Hands-on experience in unit and UI testing with JUnit, Espresso, or Robolectric
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
