Full Stack Engineer

Nuera Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to find a talented Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus. This is a chance to play a key role in shaping a modern platform that helps streamline and automate complex processes within the insurance sector.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team where your input will have a direct impact on both the technology and the end-users. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, driving technical improvements, and working with the latest tools in a forward-looking environment.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET 8+
• Contribute to architectural decisions and modernization initiatives
• Develop new product features while keeping the system reliable and scalable
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver meaningful solutions
• Help reduce technical debt and move towards a future-proof architecture

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in .NET/C# backend development (SaaS/microservices experience a plus)
• Comfortable working across the stack, with some knowledge of Angular or other frontend frameworks
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure experience preferred)
• Ability to break down complex requirements and take ownership of solutions
• Curious, eager to learn, and up to date with modern development practices
• Fluent in Swedish and English
