Managed Services Project & Operations Coordinator

Plat4mation, an innovative and rapidly growing Elite ServiceNow partner, is seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator for our Managed Services team to keep initiatives moving, untangle challenges, and create clarity in fast-changing situations.

This role combines the precision of a project manager, the curiosity of a process improver, and the people skills of a great connector. You’ll work closely with our Managed Services leadership team to organise key projects, streamline operations, and bring people together - whether for a workshop, process review, or team event.

What will you do?

At Plat4mation, no two days are the same. Stepping into this role, you’ll help drive the coordination, standardisation, and optimisation of our service delivery processes, projects, and improvement initiatives to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding service to our customers.

You’ll support Managed Services leadership with rigorous planning, structured follow-up, and practical operational coordination. Collaborating across teams, you’ll help align operational goals, ensure progress on key initiatives, and create engaging, well-organised activities that strengthen collaboration and delivery.

Your work will be key to maintaining organised, predictable, and efficient operations, strong communication channels, and a focus on results that directly improve our customer experience.

What’s the scope of your work?

• Initiative & Project Coordination: Plan, track, and execute Managed Services initiatives and cross-functional projects, keeping documentation up to date and ensuring structured follow-up.
• Operational Process Improvement: Develop, standardise, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across teams.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and present KPI data to support decision-making and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between teams, support change management, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early and support timely corrective actions.
• Event & Workshop Organisation: Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote engagement and collaboration.
• Tool & Administration Support: Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and planning data to ensure visibility of progress and priorities.

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in project coordination, PMO, or operations, with hands-on delivery and follow-through.
• Proven experience with process improvement—able to demonstrate tangible before/after results.
• Strong stakeholder skills: able to influence without authority, give clear updates, and follow up reliably.
• Comfortable in dynamic, changing environments, balancing structure with flexibility.
• Competence with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g. Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience.
• ITIL Foundation, Lean/Green Belt, or similar process improvement qualifications.
• Experience in a Managed Services or recurring revenue environment.
