About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Develop automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and incident response
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Maintain high availability of services through proactive performance tuning and capacity planning
- Monitor system health using dashboards, alerts, and telemetry tools (e.g., DataDog, NewRelic, Kibana)
- Conduct root cause analysis and postmortems for major incidents
- Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
- Establish and refine SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide reliability efforts
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years in systems engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Go, Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Azure/AWS certifications, ITIL, or SRE-focused credentials preferred
